How long have you been a Realtor and what are your greatest accomplishments?

I got my RE license in 2006 and have been a Realtor ever since. I joined the Jason Mitchell Group in 2013 and that is one of the best decisions I've ever made. Jason's vision and training, and most of all his faith in me, has been what has allowed me to be as successful as I am. I have been Salesperson of the Year for JMG four years in a row now and was just awarded my third consecutive Elite Producer award by our Brokerage, My Home Group. Last year I was nominated 2018 Woman of the Year by Scottsdale Homeowners Magazine, my best year in sales yet! I'm also proud to have been published in the Phoenix Business Journal and Arizona Foothills Magazine.


What are you most passionate about?

Above all, just helping people. I’m happiest when I'm using everything I have in whatever area I’m needed. I'm passionate about finding the right home for each client and not letting them settle for less than what makes them truly happy. I'm passionate about yoga. I fell in love with teaching it about 10 years ago and today I continue to teach 5 classes a week in spite of my busy schedule. I’m passionate about helping young adults because of all the struggles I've had to help my kids through. I’m passionate about family, they’ve been some of the biggest influences in my life, even though we’re not always together. And I’m just passionate about inspiring and motivating people, making even the smallest impact on someone's life is what makes it worth it all!


Tell us something people don't know about you? Do you have some interesting hobbies or talents?

I have lived in over 40 countries and speak 5 languages fluently. I grew up in a very musical family and have been singing on stage since I was around 4 years old. I've been in a few bands throughout the years and still perform occasionally at various venues around town. 


What is your favorite Documentary or Movie?

My all -time favorite movie is "Joe vs the Volcano". I love the premise of how you find true happiness in life by giving yourself to something worthwhile. Someone once said, "Find a job you love and you'll never work a day of your life", and that's so true! I love what I do! When it comes down to it it's not about the money or the numbers, it's about doing the best I can for each of my clients, one home at time. And that is really the secret to my success and why I continue to be #1.


What advice would you give to someone new to Real Estate?

Find a broker and/or team leader who is willing to go the extra mile to support your specific needs along with your business goals. I attribute most of my success to two key factors; one is I have a great team (voted #1 Team in Arizona), and the other is that I use the best CRM in the business! I couldn't do half the sales I do without the client management system that we have and that we've fine-tuned over the years. Make sure you sign up for that as soon as you can, it's worth every penny! It will take your multi-tasking to the next level and help you to be able to keep up with your clients while you're handling all the other responsibilities on your plate. 

My advice to agents looking to be successful is always be learning! I encourage mentorship, learning the ropes from and networking with those who have more experience. Pay attention to opportunities to learn from the competition. It makes you stronger and better at negotiating. Go up the ladder but don’t skip too many rungs. Each step teaches you how to handle increasing responsibilities and stress. Keep aspiring to be better! Don't think you know everything and get stuck doing things the same way just because that's how you've always done it. Stay humble and kind, make mistakes and laugh at's good for the soul!
